RATES DO NOT INCLUDE:

Gas, mandatory insurance 
Other expenses.
AGE:

Customer must be at least 25 years of age and have a valid drivers license and passport.

CHARGES FOR GAS:

The car must be returned with the same amount of gasoline specified in the contract, otherwise, the missing amount will be charged at $5.00 per gallon.

PAYMENT:
Rent: Payment can be made with most major credit cards and cash.
DEPOSIT:

A deposit is required and is blocked on a major credit card .

EXTRA HOURS:

A 1 hour tolerance is permitted on your return time on your rental agreement. For the following 3 hours we will charge $10 for each hour. For over 3 hours, an extra day will be charged.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

* Daily rates are comprised of any 24 hour period.
* All pre-paid rentals are non-refundable.
* Free mileage applies for all rentals.
* All vehicles are restricted to transit only within Costa Rica .
* A valid passport and drivers license is required.
* In case of "NO SHOW", the first day of rent will be charged.
* No charge for second qualified additional drivers.
* Additional waivers are available at counter.
* the insurance covers damages on rented car third parties damages and theft. All this waivers have deductibles covered by clients
