Dear 4X4 Rent A Car,

Just like its roads, renting a car in Costa Rica typically can range anywhere from a relatively light hassle to an absolute and total nightmare.

I am grateful for the incredibly solid reccomendation I found as 4X4 Rent a Car to be a complete exception to this general rule.

You all delivered me a top shape vehicle exactly as promised to me when the reservations were made. It was clean, roadworthy, reliable, and depite the
long, rough drives that were an integral part of my 10-day trip, I never had a worry about my vehicle's condition--it came through like the beast it
was--with flying colors.

I would thank everyone at 4X4 Rent A Car, particularly Marco and Charlie for their incredibly outstanding service, from dropping the vehicle off at my hotel on time and helping me to help secure the best maps for my dash up the Nicoya Penninsula, to miraculously finding me in San Jose, lost and late,
and ensuring I got to the airport in time to make my flight home.

I consider renting from you all to be one of the highlights of my trip and look most forward to renting from you all again on my next trip. Thank you once again.

I recently rented a Mitsubishi 4x4 from you and your service was great. You dropped the car off to me at my hotel and when I returned, you sent someone to the hotel again to get it. Your rates are easy to understand, no hidden fees like the others, and you people nice to work with. I also appreciate the card you sent afterwards, it just shows your attention to customer service. I will always look to you first when I am there and always recommend you to friends when they go to CR.

I wanted to thank you for all the nice personnel you have attending to your clients.  They are all an asset to the company.  They make you feel you are right at home.  They are a group of professionals that know how to take care of their clients.  Of course, is without saying the rates that you guys offer are unbeatable in the San Jose area.  You have top notch vehicle, service and attention.  What can anybody else ask for.  Keep up the good work and before you know it, you will be a leader in your industry in San Jose.
